Who is responsible for what

What Supplio does and what you are responsible for as the brand owner.

Updated 7 November 2026

You sell under your own brand, and Supplio supplies the product and the product information that goes on its label. Here’s how that splits.

Supplio

  • Supplies the products and the manufacturer’s ingredient and specification information.
  • Puts that information on your label: templates include each product’s ingredients, supplement facts, directions and warnings.
  • Reviews every label before it’s printed.
  • Tells you promptly about any product or safety issue and provides batch and supply information.

You

  • Your brand and everything you add to the label: brand and product name, artwork, and any taglines or claims.
  • Every claim you make about your products, on the label, in your store and in ads.
  • If you upload your own label, making sure the product information on it matches the product.
  • Checking that products can be sold in your market, and any registration or listing they need.
  • Everything you tell your customers.
  • Carrying out any recall of your branded products, with our support.
