How Supplio works, from catalogue to doorstep

1. Connect your store. Link a Shopify or WooCommerce store in Stores. See Shopify or WooCommerce.
2. Add products. Pick products in the Catalogue and add them to My Products, where you set your title, description and retail price.
3. Brand them. Design your label in Label Maker. The template already holds the product information (ingredients, directions and warnings), so you add your brand and design. Then submit it for review.
4. Publish. Once your label is approved, publish the product to your store.
5. A customer orders. The order comes into Orders in Supplio automatically.
6. Review and pay. You pay the fulfilment cost (wholesale price, fulfilment fee and shipping) and approve the order. Supplio never releases an order without you.
7. We ship it. A fulfilment partner prints your label, packs the order and dispatches it. Tracking is sent back to your store.

Fulfilling orders needs a Growth or Scale plan. You can do steps 1 to 4 on the free Starter plan.
