What your customers pay for shipping is up to you, and you set it up in your store. It’s separate from the shipping Supplio charges you.
- In Shopify, use Settings → Shipping and delivery.
- In WooCommerce, use WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping.
Only offer delivery to New Zealand and Australia. Use shipping estimates to check your costs. If you offer free shipping, build the cost into your prices.
