Parcels returned to sender

What happens when a parcel can’t be delivered.

Updated 7 November 2026

A parcel can come back if the address is wrong, nobody collects it, or the carrier can’t deliver it. Returned parcels aren’t refunded or restocked automatically. In some cases we can credit unopened goods that can be resold.

Check your customer’s address before you approve an order to avoid returns.
