Cost
The cost is the wholesale price you pay Supplio for each unit, before GST. When GST applies to that product, a note such as “ex GST 15%” or “ex GST 10%” is shown next to it. See GST on Supplio charges.
Retail price
You set the price your customer pays. Supplio may suggest a retail price, but it’s only a guide. Your margin is the retail price minus your cost. Remember that each order also has a fulfilment fee and shipping.
Currency
Costs are shown and charged in your store’s currency. We don’t convert between currencies, so a product without a price in your store’s currency can’t be added or published there.
